In their letter (via AnnArbor.com) to Mary Sue Coleman confirming the investigation, the NCAA advised they intended to complete their investigation by December 31, 2009. That of course doesn’t say anything about announcing any findings, but I guess I was thinking we might know something by year end. The NCAA offices are closed until January 4th.
According to the letter the NCAA is obligated to provide “a general status of this inquiry” at six month intervals, starting from the date of the letter which is October 23, 2009. So, at the latest we’ll know something April 23, 2009.
