Statement from Michigan Head Coach Rich Rodriguez
Troy Woolfolk suffered a lower body injury during practice this afternoon and was transported to U-M Hospital with our team physician. We can’t comment further due to medical privacy rights.

first thing's first. i hope troy has a full recovery. now comes my panic attack. while i never thought troy would be some stud player, i thought he would be a solid defender and the anchor of a suspect secondary. this really sucks for: 1)Troy, 2) Michigan fans and 3)Rich Rod's ability to save his job. i'm already having nightmares of QBs having career passing days against us. i know challenge the spirit of ralph wiggums and ask, "what's a defense?"
