A few MVictors ecosystem updates heading into to 2021:
- This Week in Michigan Football History – After a short season last year, Season 12 of my history segment on the WTKA 1050AM Countdown to Kickoff is back, and usually airs around 2 hours prior to kickoff. They are still filling up season sponsors; if interested in sponsoring TWIMFbH contact WTKA/@michiganinsider.
- The Mood. Yikes, my weekly feature on this site tracking the ups, downs and downs of the collective mood of the U-M fanbase is back. And Week 0/preseason mood is posted (avert your eyes). As always, your input is appreciated.
- The Uniform Timeline. The Uni Timeline is timeless, and returns this season already with an update acknowleding </sigh> the career achievement stickers that officially will adorn the coveted winged helmet this year. I’m not sure I’m going to track all the gyrations and machinations of these stickers but we’ll see.
- Sights & Sounds. The semi-regular feature will return depending on whether I see and hear stuff to report :)
- Dr. Sap’s Decals. Pause! Ironically in a season with the wildest changes to the helmet decals (or maybe because of these goofy stickers?) Sap will be taking a break for the decals this season. We’ll look to have Doc back in 2022.
- Speaking/Lecturing/etc. I’ll keep you posted on other radio or media hits this hear. That said, do you need a speaker or history lesson for an event this fall? Just give me a holler.
