For this edition of eBay Watch, check out Michigan Heisman Trophy winner Tom Harmon in this 1941-ish wire photo. The 8×10 image features Old 98 looking slightly corny despite having a pair of fine looking broads on each arm. What a gas:
The auction description claims this pic was shot during the filming of the 1941 movie, Harmon of Michigan, part of a series of flicks featuring big name athletes. The film had an odd plot with strong potential as fodder for a drinking game.
More importantly, what’s the story with those two knock-out dames? The dollies are identified as starlets Joan Woodbury and Jinx Falkenburg:
The auction of the Harmon photo ends July 20th and opens with a bid price of $9.99.
