New! Professor and The Pundit is now included in the Autograph Michigan Fan App: Referral code: profpun
A slow start but no bother, Michigan cruised to all-time win #996 and its 19th consecutive conference victory. We can’t resist a few Sights & Sounds from Saturday! We discuss the victory, the B1G slate, and the upcoming game with MSU, giving the Prof a chance to go off on the Paul Bunyan Trophy.
A rundown of this episode:
- Rolling over the Hoosiers – Sure, it was dicey out of the gate and The Pundit was only slightly concerned. JJ shines again, Dooley was anxious over the late IU TD that was overturned.
- Sights & Sounds – The Buffs were obtained pregame. And a few notables in and around the press box including 49ers GM John Lynch. The likely resolution to the jug/score issue, and speaking of scores, an issue with the Stadium scoreboards?
- The Hawks – We can’t quit talking about the Hawkeyes with another stats-defying win. Illinois shocks the Terps and now we’re less concerned about the trip to College Park. Steve peeks ahead at Penn State’s visit to Columbus, and we break down the highs and lows of MSU’s disappointing trip to Rutgers. We also put Notre Dame’s beatdown of USC in B1G and Pac-12 context
- What is your Profession? Steve gives us a few things to be concerned about looking ahead to the MSU game, and Dooley takes the gloves off and rips on the Paul Bunyan Trophy. Naturally.
