You are right about the field goal, everyone was in shock about the touchdown being called back so maybe it didn’t register but field position and strategy changes dramatically if that kick misses or God forbid is blocked.
On the biggest kick of the year he came through. Good for him with sticking to it and getting it done when we needed it most.
